What's being built.
In the order they may arrive. Each one ships when it is genuinely ready and genuinely useful — and the list hears first.
The Codex
A living library of thinking prompts — not content prompts, not hustle prompts, not a vending machine for generic answers. Prompts that help a thoughtful person think better: premortems, decision forks, intellectual steelmanning, identity audits, agency audits, and questions I actually use when I do not trust my first answer.
The Reluctant Cohort
A small group of people building real things, four weeks, one question: how do you build something without it owning you back? Application-only. Async-first with two live calls. Built around your actual work, not generic curriculum.
Advisory (quietly)
Two or three retainer clients. Founders, builders, or thoughtful people with real decisions in front of them who want a thinking partner with a philosophical lens and practical hands. Not guru coaching. Not manufactured breakthroughs. More like a thinking partnership for people trying to build clearly, decide honestly, and change without losing themselves. Quiet, monthly, sourced through the newsletter and the Cohort.
Built slowly, on purpose.
I would rather release one thing I am genuinely proud of than a handful I had to talk myself into. Each of these ships when it is actually ready — when it would really help the people reading, and when I would be glad to put my name on it.
The Codex will ship when the Codex is genuinely useful. The Cohort will run when there is a clear question and the right people in the room. Advisory will exist when there is already someone I would be honored to work with. Until then — the newsletter is the relationship. The rest is what the newsletter may eventually make possible.
