Tools, conversations, and a room.
A small set of things being built slowly — for people who finished the Letter and wanted to do more than just nod at it. None of it ships before the Letter does. Subscribe and you'll hear when each opens.
What's being built.
In the order they'll arrive. Nothing here is being pre-sold. No countdown. No "limited founding spots." When something's ready, the list hears first.
The Codex
A living library of thinking prompts — not productivity prompts, not content prompts. Prompts that help an intelligent person think better. Premortems, decision forks, intellectual steelmanning, identity audits. Built from prompts I actually use.
The Reluctant Cohort
A small group of entrepreneurs and operators, four weeks, one question: how do you actually build something without it owning you back? Application-only. Async-first with two live calls. Built around your work, not generic curriculum.
Advisory (quietly)
Two or three retainer clients. Other founders and operators who want a thinking partner with a philosophical lens. Not coaching. Not "transformation." Quiet, monthly, sourced through the Letter and the Cohort.
Because the haste is the tell.
There's a familiar pattern in creator businesses where the product gets announced before the audience exists, the audience gets pressured before they're ready, and the work gets diluted because the calendar drove the offer instead of the offer driving the calendar. Not interested.
The Codex will ship when the Codex is genuinely useful. The Cohort will run when the first one has a clear question and the right twenty people in the room. Advisory will exist when there's already someone I'd be honored to work with. Until then — the Letter is the relationship. The rest is what the Letter is for.
If you're on the list, you'll know before anyone else. If you're not, you'll find out eventually.
Four things you can do today.
Get on the list
One email, one Sunday, free. The Letter is the relationship. Practices subscribers get notified automatically.
See what's coming
The Library shows what gets published and how it'll be organized. Empty for now. Stubborn enough to be working on it anyway.
Tell me what you'd want
The form on Contact is real and the responses shape what gets built. The Codex won't be a guess — it'll be a response to actual questions.
Read the long version
Why this exists, what "the cage" actually means, and what I'm trying to do about it. Five minutes. Less of a manifesto than you'd think.
Be there when the first thing opens.
Subscribers get notified when each Practice goes live. No pre-sales, no waitlist drip, no "limited founding pricing." One email when something's actually ready.
P.S. Not narcissistic enough to think you care. Delusional enough to think it matters.
